Want To Become our Next Brand Rep?

We are looking for brand reps that are truly interested in all aspects of the business and have a passion for fashion. We are searching for those stylish fashionistas with marketing and sales skills combined with innovative ideas.

This is a part time job, which you can do at times that suit you, while being rewarded with great fashion and gifts and invaluable experience as part of the Hardt team.

This program is designed for fashion savvy girls age 18 and older, with a passion for the brands at Hardt Boutique and a strong sense of community spirit. Reps will represent our core values and mission and seek to share their experiences and skills with our local community. 

What Do I Do as a Brand Rep?

As a Hardt Boutique rep you will promote our brands and spirit throughout your community and social media platforms. Providing us with photos and videos of you wearing our products in every aspect of your life. We want you to share your inspirations and enthusiasm with our growing and like-minded community.

The Hardt rep is expected to participate in actively marketing our brand online. This entails generating online content for all social media platforms.

Here are the specifics of our online marketing requirements:

    • Post on your own social media at least 2 times weekly on behalf of Hardt Boutique. Guidelines and ideas on these posts will be outlined in your handbook. Social media outlets include Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram.
    • If you have a blog, post at least twice a month throughout the duration of the program on behalf of Hardt Boutique and your experience as a Brand Rep.
    • Having a public and very active Instagram account.  You must have good engagement on your posts to qualify.
    • Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for the products and brand shown in comments on Instagram.  If we find that you are buying your likes or comments, you forfeit your contract.
    • Actively searches #hardtboutique #shophardt and associated hashtags. Comments on other people’s photos and shows support for other brand reps.
    • Please photos clear and free from clutter as much as possible. Selfies are OK, but at least 1 of the photos needs to be a full body shot.
    • Email un-watermarked photos to shophardt@gmail.com. Any photos sent in will become property of Hardt Boutique & may be used as we see fit for the brand. 

If you are selected to be part of the program, you will receive your Hardt Boutique Brand Rep Guide with the do's and the don'ts and the qualities of a Brand Rep.

The Contract Period

The Brand Rep will be in contract for a period of 3 months. If things work out for both, we will extend the terms for a longer period of time that both parties agree on. 

  • Promotes and shares company announcements such as promotions, contests, launches, and events.
  • Hardt Boutique reserves the right to use any and all photographs on all social media accounts, promotional flyers and all advertisements.

What The Brand Rep Gets In Return

  • A unique 25% off code to be used on all items purchased.  All items purchased must be promoted. If we find you are abusing the discount without promoting the items, your contract will be forfeited.
  • A 10% off unique coupon code for family, friends and your followers for the duration of the term.  We will track all sales brought in via this link.
  • You are able to earn 10% on all sales brought in through our affiliate program. 
  • Exposure on Hardt Boutique's social media outlets

In return for your support we will do everything in our power to promote and support you as our ambassador! This will include our efforts to help you grow and promote you as an influential leader in the community. But also, as a Hardt Boutique Brand rep, you will receive special "thank you" gifts for your hard work and dedication to the brand throughout your reign.

You will also become the face of Hardt Boutique online by posing as a model for new arrivals throughout your reign.

End Contract

We have the right to withdraw you from the contract at anytime, without question if we find you are not abiding to all the terms and conditions.

How Do I Apply?

We chose brand reps based on enthusiasm and engagement within our community both locally and virtually. Writing, photography and social media skills are important but mostly we’re looking for inspiration and involvement! You’re representation as a rep is simple: to passionately represent the spirit and values of Hardt Boutique over 3 months of your ambassadorship. Think you have what it takes?
